with Afshan at a very vulnerable time in our marriage. We had faced issues we never imagined we would be tested with. And we called Afshan in desperation as I was ready to walk away from the marriage and from my husband. Afshan listened to us both, she truly heard us and was able to identify why some of the arguments and issues arose. With her guidance we were able to use our sessions to progress towards bettering ourselves in order to better our marriage.

Afshan taught us a lot of communication methods that have been integral in our day-to-day interactions with each other. She also delved deep into some of the issues we had in order to identify some coping mechanisms and techniques to strengthen ourselves as individuals in order to then be close to each other as husband and wife. We saw Afshan for nearly a year before we both could confidently say that we had come to terms with the matters that we sought guidance for.

We are thankful to Afshan for her integrity and professionalism, and we recommend her to every Muslim couple who want to or need to improve their marriage.
